GFUSIP (Global Free Urinalysis Social Innovation Project) is a non-profit public-health initiative from Taiwan that installs free, medical-grade AI urinalysis devices in public spaces so that everyone can receive four free health screenings a year. Started by graduate researchers at National Yang Ming Chiao Tung University and operated by the social-innovation company IMPRESSIVE CARE CO., LTD, GFUSIP opened the world’s first government-partnered free public-restroom urinalysis site with the Tainan City Public Health Bureau in February 2025. Its sites are listed on the official World Kidney Day and World Diabetes Day global maps, and its first research abstract was accepted by the Geneva Health Forum 2026.GFUSIP（全球免費尿檢社會創新計劃）是源自台灣的非營利公共健康行動，在公共空間裝設免費、醫療級的 AI 尿液檢測設備，讓每個人每年都能得到四次免費健康篩檢。由國立陽明交通大學研究生發起、社會創新企業英普瑞斯股份有限公司營運，GFUSIP 於 2025 年 2 月與台南市政府衛生局合作，開設全球第一個政府合作的免費公廁尿檢站。站點獲世界腎臟日與世界糖尿病日官方全球地圖收錄，首篇研究摘要獲 2026 年日內瓦健康論壇接受。
