The Shared Circle brings people together around a central droplet — a universal sign for urinalysis, for health, and for life itself. Each figure leans in; each one is a different colour; together they form a ring that reads, from any distance and in any culture, as community, partnership and collective care.Shared Circle 把人聚在一滴水的周圍——那滴水，是尿液檢測、是健康、也是生命本身最通用的符號。每個人都向中心靠近，每個人都是不同的顏色，合起來是一個不論從多遠、在哪種文化裡，都讀得出「社群、夥伴、共同照顧」的圓。

The form is deliberately simple. It has to work on a phone screen, a restroom door sticker, a conference poster and a government report — and it has to be drawn in one colour when that is all a partner has. It conveys trust, compassion and progress: the values at the heart of GFUSIP’s mission to make urinalysis screening accessible to everyone, everywhere.造型刻意極簡。它必須在手機螢幕、廁所門上的貼紙、學術海報和政府報告裡都能用，也必須在合作單位只有單色印刷時仍然成立。它傳達的是信任、關懷與進步——正是 GFUSIP「讓每個人、在任何地方，都能得到尿液篩檢」這個使命的核心。

Look closely and the ring is not closed. Between each figure there is a gap — space for the next partner, the next city, the next country. GFUSIP began at one public restroom in Tainan; the open circle is a promise that the model is built to be joined, copied and carried further by others.仔細看，這個圓並沒有封起來。每兩個人之間都留著一段空隙——那是給下一個夥伴、下一個城市、下一個國家的位置。GFUSIP 從台南的一間公廁開始；不封閉的圓，是一個承諾：這個模式是為了被加入、被複製、被別人帶到更遠的地方而設計的。

It is also a reminder to ourselves. A closed circle keeps things in; an open one lets people walk up to it. Free screening only matters if the door is open.它也在提醒我們自己。封閉的圓把東西關在裡面；敞開的圓讓人走得進來。免費篩檢只有在門是開著的時候，才有意義。
