Following the acceptance of the abstract in September, the full poster — “The Global Free Urinalysis Social Innovation Project (GFUSIP): turning existing public toilets into a new entry point for urine health monitoring — a first site validating unstaffed uroflowmetry as a scalable community model” — was uploaded to the Geneva Health Forum Conference 2026 community on Zenodo and accepted by the community curators on 3 October 2026. The poster presents the Tainan first site: a free, walk-in, unstaffed uroflowmetry station inside an existing men’s public toilet, with more than 3,000 uses in 17 months, the age profile of the people it reaches compared with clinic pathways, and the cooperation model between a local health authority, a social enterprise and academic partners.
